Warning : this is written from my sick bed, on an iPad, without a keyboard. Need I excuse myself more?
But I took a look at the small list of thriller/suspense writers over at the Writers’ Platform Building Campaign and realised that I knew several of them (get me, I actually know people!) and more importantly, they have some pretty good stuff to say.
Here they are, then –
This is the first of a couple of posts where I intend mentioning some fellow writers, as I find them, and meet them. I will be continuing with the thriller writing lists shortly. I’m going to build a blog roll of these also, once I get back to my laptop.
Barbara McDowell – fellow ROW80 challenger, a horror writer, and her latest guest post over introducing the horror genre at Universecity had already been pinpointed by me for inclusion in my Friday Link Love for Writers post for this week.
- Barbara’s blog can be found here, and she has a large blog links list, many appearing on various challenges I’m also involved in.

Jennifer Chase – Jennifer Chase is the author of several thrillers featuring Emily Stone. I’ve read and thoroughly enjoyed a couple of these books, so recommend them myself. But the real reason I’ve stalked Chase’s blog is that she provides some excellent posts on forensic psychology, criminology and associated topics. I’ve been reading her for some time, and appreciate the effort she goes into for her readers.

J.C. Martin – Fighter Writer. Gotta love that, makes me want to join the battle every time I hear it. J.C. Is a fellow ROW80 or Insecure Writer’s Support challenger (forgive me, I forget which) and will be doing the A to Z blogging challenge this April too. But even more importantly, she just went through a thoroughly successful book cover reveal promotion for her new novel Oracle coming out in July – the cover looks wonderful. The blog contains weekly interviews with writers, and has been on my reading list for some time.

Thanks for the shout-out, Hunter! And I wasn’t on ROW80 or the Insecure Writers Group. We met somewhere else, and for the life of me I can’t remember where!
Hope you get better soon!
Hah! Now I’m fully wondering just who and why I’m stalking people out there. (Insert evil laugh for yourself, as a hacking cough prevents my own).
